Organisation
- Coordinator of ISB Student Union 2025/2026
- As a Student Union Coordinator at ISB, I was responsible for managing and documenting organizational equipment to ensure accurate inventory control and prevent shortages or losses. I was also entrusted with supporting major events such as EPIC Nasional 2026 and Orientation Camp in collaboration with the IMT department. This experience strengthened my teamwork, coordination, and leadership skills through close collaboration with HODs and fellow coordinators.
- O-Week Coomittee as SID 2025
- During my time as a member of the Self Improvement Department (SID), I developed the ability to act decisively and maintain discipline in coordinating activities. I also learned how to design effective mobilization flows to ensure that all event rundowns could be executed smoothly and according to the planned schedule.
- Inventory in Epic National 2025
- As the Inventory Staff for EPIC Nasional 2025, I gained experience in operating several event-support software tools such as OBS. In addition, I was responsible for preparing and ensuring the readiness of event facilities, including rooms, cameras, internet connectivity (Wi-Fi), and participant consumption to support the smooth execution of the event.
- PDD DCSC 2025
- Served as a cameraman in the Publication, Documentation, and Design (PDD) team for the DCSC event, responsible for capturing event footage and producing a short movie to document key moments of the program.
My Project:
Cinema Management System (CineSquare)
- I was responsible for designing and developing the database structure using MySQL. I managed entity relationships, transaction tables, and data integration between ticket booking, snack ordering, and customer systems. In addition, I also contributed to developing the transaction site to support ticket purchasing and payment processes. Other projects I have worked on include a Movie Ticket Booking Application, a Team Role Editor using Java Swing and MVC architecture.
